Golden Bridge 23
Namaste,
I AM ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT LIFE IN GENERAL AND EVERYTHING IN PARTICULAR. AND SO IT IS.
THE GOLDEN BRIDGE TO SLEEP
Morning Projection
As I awaken refreshed from a night of restful, refilling sleep, I am ready to go forward into my day. Sleep has erased all wounds and cares. During sleep my mind and my body have been healed. I have drunk deeply from the wellsprings of eternity. I have traveled into the reaches of inner and outer space. I have communed with God. I have been rocked in the cradle of the deep. I have been reborn during sleep. I am a new and better person now.
Now that I am awake, I retain the memories of the night's glorious adventures in Spirit. I recall the dreams which come to instruct and purify me. They have brought me messages of great good. They have freed me from psychic overload. My dreams and my recollection of them. I am grateful for the lessons they bring. The healing which has come to me during sleep sustains me throughout this day. And so it is.
Evening Retrospection
Quietly now, I lie down to pleasant dreams. "The cares that infest the day, fold their tents like the Arabs and quietly steal away." I release all concern. I cease all effort. I relax my attention. I let go and let God take over. I slip easily into the subconscious, as I go off into deep and satisfying sleep.
Whatever inner experience I need this night comes to me during sleep. My mind and heart are open and receptive to all that is good. I co-operate with the cleansing flow which purifies, heals and rebuilds me. My subjective consciousness is refilled in the Halls of Learning. My soul is newly inspired in the inner Temples of Wisdom.
I make the very most of my night's sleep by taking full advantage of the great natural order of things. I actually live more fully and meaningfully during sleep. All interference is removed and God takes over. I grow and unfold during sleep. I spend this night in the kingdom of heaven. I give thanks for the deep sleep which makes this possible. And so it is.

wordless mysteries
This is for you my sweet, newfound, kindred soulmate.

I had some beautiful pictures set aside to accompany these words; but Spirit is not allowing me to upload any visuals. It is my cue to start honoring that my words are sufficient.
I am in a state of profound gratitude and awe this morning. It is all I can do to contain the pure Divine Love and Reverence I FEEL for all that is unfolding in my life.
This weekend had a profound impact on my growth and maturity; I won't even separate my spiritual and personal natures,,,, they are all one. There is no separation anymore.
I FEEL light, soft, content, happy, grounded, happy, loved, happy, loving, happy, loveable, happy,,,,,
Do you see the pattern???
I have never used the word happy to describe how I feel. It always smacked of co-dependency; like I needed something outside of myself to make me happy.
And in a way; I did. I needed the outside experiences to teach me how to find my way back into my Heart; which is where the happiness resides.

This ain't your first rodeo...
this is what I was told today at the Psychic Fair. Today was the second time in two days I attended.
They come to Hamilton twice a year; and I have been attending for many years now. For awhile I went for the readings; I hadn't yet acquired the self confidence and trust in my own intuition, so it was a good way to get confirmation and validation. Then I went for the aura photos. I love these snapshots of energy. They are a very good indicator of where I am in my spiritual evolution. They give a reading of how far the aura radiates; how open and functioning the chakras are; and if you are lucky, you get orbs; which indicate that spirit guides or loved ones are present. Two years in a row I had nine orbs arced over my head and shoulders. It was awesome. This past Feb./12 I received a very unique reading from a lady who combines her mediumship with a very unique form of artwork. It comes out looking like a Rorschak Test; you know the ink blot tests, only more colorful and vivid. She uses acrylic paints in all the chakra colors, and while you are in meditation calling in your guides and angels; she does her thing.She is off to the side applying paint to paper in a guided state; she then folds the paper, and the result is a very beautiful and informative picture. Out of the image appears insight and information. Images jump out, animal totems appear, and telling evidence of the present and future emerge. When it came time for my reading, her eyes lit up at the memory of my visit back in February. At one point during the reading she wanted to expand on some information and then she caught herself and laughed... " this isn't your first rodeo, I don't have to tell you how it works" And she didn't.
It ain't your first rodeo either.
