It is this illusive " in between " that can be very challenging for all of us.

This is the "middle way" which most Eastern religions speak of; and requires great discipline to master.

It is easy to flip flop back and forth between the dualities of emotion and feel very justified in doing so. This is what we have been conditioned to do. But the middle way, is standing outside of a situation and observing it without EMOTION.

Emotion is Energy in Motion. It is a feeling but with judgment, conditioning, opinions, and past experiences attached.

The middle way is all about releasing the attachment to a certain outcome.
It is about releasing our personal will and ego and aligning with Prime Creators will; and understanding that in order to live in the NOW moment, we must resist the urge to figure everything out. It just is.

This is the bit which requires us to commit to daily and consistent practices of prayer, meditation and forgiveness. It is only in the silence of our Hearts that the answers and insights to our perceived challenges come.

And then,,, we are required to ACT on the information.

I wish you well on your journey today my dear friend; whoever and where ever you are; know that you are loved and supported, and that there is NOT A SPOT WHERE GOD IS NOT.

reason, season, or lifetime ???

 

AS YOU START TO WALK OUT OF THE WAY.... THE WAY APPEARS.

I had a beautiful correspondence from a friend recently, which reminded me how important Self Love is on this path of traveling Home to our Sacred Heart.

I had been struggling with an issue of self doubt, and his words and insight provided me with the comfort I needed to remind me that our first and only obligation is to love, heal and care for ourselves. Only then can we love others.

His parting words were, " I choose to shrug off the seemingly endless stream of disappointments and persevere. I shall never give up on Life, Love, Romance, nor myself. I wipe the "frog slime" from my lips, and get ready to plant another kiss, and see what happens."

Wise words indeed.

Loving with a heart wide open requires courage, vulnerability and discernment. It requires personal assessment and sometimes we see glimpses of our shadow sides that are uncomfortable and unlikeable. We all have those aspects, and life will conspire to create external experiences in order to heal and release them. It's about what we choose to do with the opportunities presented which afford us the most growth.

It is a paradox, because at some level we have to love ourselves enough to keep going to love ourselves more. Otherwise we just keep getting hit with the cosmic two by fours until we "get it"


I try as best as I can to give myself the love and self care I need, and for the most part it is sufficient; but sometimes it is a lonely journey and the desire to have someone to share it with consumes me. It is in these moments of loneliness that I am most vulnerable; it happens to us all. So I have to be very diligent and aware not to let myself down.

I keep my eye on the bigger picture; stay present, and I surrender my will and align with Creators will.

and so it is.

IF YOU ARE IN THE MOMENT,,,,
YOU ARE IN THE INFINITE.

flow into and through the Heart.  This assists in remaining
present and centered, while sparking and feeding the
HeartFire ... thus keeping the Gateway of Love open within.

As the HeartFire Gateway within each of us remains open,
a continuous stream of Love flows into and through us ...
out into the World. Our inner fire Illuminates The Way, and
we go with Gratitude, celebrating all that comes and grows
each day.

Inhaling Love, Exhaling Gratitude is a simple moment to
moment, daily discipline for being present, peaceful and
centered as we grow forward.

Remember -- Our breath is the flow-er of Life, our constant
companion. As we choose to breathe consciously, we raise
our energetic vibration by flooding our body-mind-spirit
with Love's Illumination.

Just for today,
breath deeply, freely and know:
Together we are activating HeartFire Gateways
'We are Love always, In Gratitude we Go!'
